ServiceNow replaces Remedy ISSS as the IT service management technology solution.
In March of 2012, ServiceNow was selected as the replacement IT service management technology for the current Remedy ISSS Solution. The technology was chosen after evaluating multiple leading industry solutions by a team of IT support professionals from across the NIH.
ServiceNow is a scalable solution that integrates multiple IT Service Management Processes to support better management of IT Services. It is a robust, state of the art application that leverages the latest technology with ITSM industry best practices to provide a "single system of record for enterprise IT, lower operational costs and enhance efficiency." Service Now was selected as the platform for their IT Service Management Toolset based on its overall superior value to the National Institutes of Health.
