Deskside Support Services

Deskside Support Services provides support for desktop systems, printers, laptops, PDAs, IT infrastructure, and end-users. Support is comprised of assistance with the installation, configuration, maintenance, trouble-shooting and disposal of desktop hardware and software components.

Customer Benefits

Having desktop computer users working and productive by freeing IC staff to concentrate on their jobs rather than worrying about computer problems.  Also provides recommendation of hardware & software items. Components are PCs, laptops, peripherals , network components, PDAs, operating systems and desktop software applications.
