About CIT
The Center for Information Technology (CIT) provides high-quality IT services and infrastructure systems to the National Institutes of Health (NIH)—the leading biomedical research institution in the United States.
What We Do
CIT enables over 45,000 members of the NIH community in more than 200 facilities across the country to perform world-class biomedical research. We collaborate with the NIH intramural community in the areas of computational bioscience, engineering, informatics, and statistics to help make biomedical discoveries that protect and improve our nation’s health.
